• Provide the resume builder, ATS scoring, job applications and recruiter workspace.
• Match candidates with relevant jobs and recruiters within the platform.
• Send transactional notifications (applications, interviews, billing).
• Improve our product and prevent fraud or abuse.

3. Who can see your data

Candidates control resume visibility. Recruiters in your shortlisted/applied pipelines can view the profile you shared. We never sell your data.

4. Data retention

We retain your account and resume data while your account is active. You can request deletion anytime from Contact us.

5. Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Access to production data is restricted to authorised staff.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data from your account settings or by contacting us.
