Terms & Monetary Conditions

1. Using the platform

You must be 18+ and provide accurate information. Don't post fake jobs, fake profiles, or misuse other users' data.

2. Candidate paid features

• ATS Score subscription: ₹299 + 18% GST (total ₹352.82) for 28 days of unlimited ATS scans.
• Resume PDF download: ₹29 + 18% GST (total ₹34.22) per download.

3. Recruiter plans

• Free Trial: 7 days, 2 job posts, candidate database preview.
• Basic: ₹422.88 + 18% GST (total ₹499.00) — 15 days, 3 job posts, 60 candidate database unlocks.
• Pro: ₹1,299 + 18% GST (total ₹1,532.82) — 30 days, 10 job posts, 250 candidate database unlocks.
• Unlimited: ₹2,499 + 18% GST (total ₹2,948.82) — 30 days, unlimited posts and unlocks.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). 18% GST is added at checkout and collected together with the base price.

4. Refunds

Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated. If a charge was made in error, contact billing@thozhilkoodam.in within 7 days.

5. Organisation plan

Multi-recruiter access, shared pipelines and consolidated billing are part of our Organisation plan — please contact sales for pricing.

6. Content & conduct

You're responsible for what you post. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the courts of Tamil Nadu.
